Women's Yoga Class in Muswell Hill

This Women’s Yoga Class held in Muswell Hill creates a safe and nurturing place to deeply relax, experience restorative Yoga and put your needs first in a welcoming environment.  When women get together, something rich happens inside of each of us.  This is a mind body approach which offers gentle yoga resources to promote emotional, mental and physical balance, reproductive health and healthy ageing. The class moves at a gentle pace but works deeply, offering support and modifications for individual needs.  This class is not suitable if you are pregnant or newly post-natal.  Beginners are welcome!

Yoga after surgery for breast cancer.

This women only group session is suitable for those who have had surgery for breast Cancer.  I also offer Private 1-1 sessions for women who need some personally tailored gentle yoga to help move through the physical and emotional trauma of an operation and the diagnosis.  I have been through treatment for cancer and had a mastectomy, so I am well aware of the impact the treatment has on one’s whole being.  Having any operation is a trauma for the body and losing a part of your body or having it altered leaves one with both emotional and physical pain.   Based on my experience of self healing after my operation for mastectomy, I have created three videos on YouTube which are designed to take you on a healing journey back to your sense of wholeness and freedom of movement.   Please follow the link below and try out these videos – start with number 1!
